My girls (and let’s face it, I do too) love dessert. But I don’t want to get in the habit of eating unhealthy desserts. Our favorite treats around here are ice cream and Popsicles. So I went to task and made chocolate peanut butter protein pops.
2 scoops Juice Plus Complete Dutch Chocolate powder
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 handful of ice
Blend together and pour into popsicle molds then freeze.
Super simple, healthy, and delicious.
