A few weeks ago while Morgan and I were on a playdate out at my friend Tiffany’s parents farm, I had a few bites of the most yummy dip. It was Trader Joe’s Peanut Butter Cream Cheese dip. With it I had Trader Joe’s Raisin Rosemary Crisps. You wouldn’t think any of these ingredients would go well together, but you’d be wrong! The crackers were so yummy in the dip, I had to have some!
Since we’re having our housewarming party tomorrow, I figured I’d pick up some of the dip and crackers.. However to my dismay, I was told that TJ’s was all out of the dip and they did not know when they’d get it in again as they were sourcing new suppliers. Sad face.
But don’t fret, the internet always gives me what the information I need.. I googled away and found this blog post and immediately set out to try to make it.
It’s perfect. The exact dip I had been longing for! So go, make some dip and find something to dip into it.. or just eat it off of a spoon, I won’t tell anyone.
The recipe for those who are linkphobic:
- 8oz block of cream cheese
- 3/4c powdered sugar
- 1/3c peanut butter
Cream all of the ingredients together (I highly recommend using a high powered mixer!)
